The Germans were without a host of key players for last week's first-leg encounter in which they were outclassed by the unbeaten Porto, suffering a heavy 3-1 defeat.
Bastian Schweinsteiger, Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben all missed the clash at the Estadio do Dragao, and the three are once again absentees as Pep Guardiola's side look to qualify for the last four of the Champions League.
Instead, Guardiola has opted for an attacking trio of Mueller, Goetze and Lewandowski.
Dante, who had a night to forget in Portugal last week - contributing directly to one of Porto's goals with a sloppy error - is replaced by Holger Badstuber, who lines up alongside Rafinha, Jerome Boateng and Juan Bernat in defence.
Bayern Munich: Neuer, Rafinha, Boateng, Badstuber, Bernat, Lahm, Alonso, Thiago, Mueller, Goetze, Lewandowski.
Porto: Fabiano, Reyes, Maicon, Marcano, Indi, Herrera, Casemiro, Torres, Quaresma, Martinez, Brahimi.
